Welcome to The Silver Void (the "dApp"). By accessing, connecting a wallet to, or interacting with the dApp in any way, you ("the user") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the dApp.
1. Nature of the Service
The Silver Void is a decentralized application that interacts with smart contracts deployed on the LiteForge network. It enables users to burn zkLTC tokens, acquire and trade digital collectibles, purchase cosmetic items, and participate in on-chain duel games. The dApp is a non-custodial interface: it never holds, controls, or has access to your funds or private keys. All transactions are executed directly between your wallet and the relevant smart contracts.
2. Irreversibility of Transactions
Blockchain transactions are final and irreversible by design. Burning zkLTC permanently destroys those tokens: once a burn transaction is confirmed on-chain, the funds are gone forever and cannot be recovered, reversed, or refunded by anyone, including the operators of The Silver Void. You are solely responsible for verifying every transaction before confirming it in your wallet.
3. No Refunds
All actions performed through the dApp — including but not limited to burns, purchases, sales, listings, cosmetic acquisitions, and duel stakes — are final and non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes transactions resulting from user error, mistaken amounts, wrong network selection, or misunderstanding of the mechanics.
4. Duels and Staked Games
Duels involve staking zkLTC against another participant. Outcomes are determined on-chain. If you open a duel, you must reveal your move within the time window enforced by the smart contract; failure to reveal in time may allow your opponent to claim the entire stake, including your own. You are responsible for safeguarding any secret required to reveal your move. Losses arising from failure to reveal, lost secrets, or the ordinary outcome of a game are non-refundable.
5. No Warranty
The dApp and all associated smart contracts are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the dApp will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components. We make no guarantee regarding the behavior, security, or correctness of the underlying smart contracts or the LiteForge network.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operators of The Silver Void shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of funds, tokens, or data, arising from or related to your use of the dApp. This includes losses caused by software bugs, smart-contract vulnerabilities, network failures or congestion, wallet or key mismanagement, phishing, downtime, or any other technical problem, whether or not foreseeable.
7. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your wallet, your private keys, your seed phrase, and every decision you make while using the dApp. You are responsible for ensuring you understand the mechanics of each action before performing it, and for complying with any laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
8. No Financial Advice
Nothing in the dApp constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Tokens and digital collectibles may have no monetary value. You should not use the dApp with the expectation of profit.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When the terms change materially, you may be asked to accept the new version before continuing to use the dApp. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Acceptance
By clicking "I Accept", connecting your wallet, or interacting with any smart contract through the dApp, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms of Use in full.
